Centerless Grinding System Part Feeder
Feeding and loading bars tubes, bearings, bearing races, valves, blanks, pre-forms and various parts, for through feed Grinding, Polishing, Close Tolerance Finishing. From as small as 2mm in diameter to 45.72cm in part length can oriented and fed in standard Dyna-Slide feeders. A wide range of diameters can be accommodated with quick change tooling which allows high through-put since part change over typically is less than 4 min. Square, Near Square and Undersquare parts are handled with standardized quick change tooling. Systems are available for a wide range of part sizes and can include either vibratory or bi-directional belt feeders
