Centerless Grinder Part Feeder

CDS  LIPE grinder feeders feed bars tubes, bearings, bearing races, valves, blanks, pre-forms and various parts, for through feed grinding, polishing, and close tolerance finishing.  From as small as 2mm in diameter to 45.72cm in part length can oriented and fed in standard Dyna-Slide grinder feeders.  A wide range of diameters can be accommodated with quick change tooling which allows high through-put since part change over typically is less than 4 min.  Our grinder feeders can be custom tooled to feed square, near square and undersquare parts with quick change tooling.  CDS LIPE grinder feeder systems are available for a wide range of part sizes and can include either vibratory or bi-directional belt feeders.
